With over one million connected customers and fans, HomeGoods needed additional strategic ways to digitally engage with customers and potential leads. TheGoods app was HomeGoods’ segue into the native app space. The initial build allowed store associates to curate and post the hottest items in store and enabled customers and brand loyalists to have a real-time sneak peak into what inventory and finds were available at their chosen location, before heading to the store.
