BMWUSA.com at one point was a standard within the automotive sector in terms of user satisfaction, load time/performance, and navigation. 6+ years after its launch, it was time for a refresh — this included carefully crafting a narrative for each series and model across the lineup, as well as a modular approach to reusable components to help expedite the development process. My role involved working alongside design leadership to concept and build out key pages within the experience.
